Interview
Began with two online behavorial and cognitive assessments into an HR phone interview and then an hour long interview with four engineering project leads (two people per thirty minutes). It was a typical interview, not very technical apart from asking about previous projects and work.

Interview
I met with an engineer at a career fair, where he liked my resume. I was told to apply online, where I applied through the 'General Application' job posting. I received communication from HR three days later, asking to complete 2 online assessments ( an 'IQ test' and a 'Behavioral test'). Afterward, I was invited for an onsite interview, where I'd be speaking with multiple different people.

Interview
For technical positions, you can expect to take two tests at the beginning of the interview. The first test is a 50 question, 12 minute general aptitude test. The second test is more in depth and is more specific to the job you are applying for. After that, expect standard interview questions.
