Pretty much the standard interview process that you'd expect from any company which caught me off guard given it's a temp agency. They also require strict references, so be prepared. Unfortunately, after dealing with this company for over 4 months, it's become evident that this agency and its associates are kings of the "brush off", so 9/10, if you leave without an offer, or they claim they'll "get back" to you, you didn't get the job. It's one thing to not be rude, but this borders on flat-out dishonesty since almost every agent I've talked to claims to be transparent until the moment they decide to not place you into one of their positions. My advice is to treat an interview with them like any other, but if you leave without an offer, don't waste your time and start moving on to other jobs.

Stuck in a group interview. They ask you to judge other peoples answers to their questions as to pin you against everyone. They will hire just about anyone. Do use the STAR format for answering questions as that is what they want.

I feel that there was not much involved in the original interview process, I feel that there were easy questions not professional envirionment too laid back to respect the company. There is not much else to say about the company or the interview.
