I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aerotek (Salt Lake City, UT) in Nov 2017
Interview
Terrible, from the get go I knew he had no intention of hiring me. The interview was him asking me what motivates me and " why " whenever I gave an answer, all
He wanted me to do was keep elaborating on every point. I was then asked to send him an email explaining " what motivates me " and what is my drive, ( I answered with my wife and kids ) and he basically said think of something else. I was then called the next day saying no you didn't get it ( not surprising ) and he then said I will call you tomorrow to get you sorted with another position, it's been over a month and I haven't heard a thing. Left a really bad taste in my mouth, and the guy seemed like a complete and utter con artist.
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What motivates you?
What’s your “why”?
Are you a go-getter?
Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
