Interview
Contacted by internal recruiter who found my resume from my school's career services. We spoke on the phone and then she had me speak to the Director of Business Operations. He allowed me to interview and do a half day on the same day. Normally, however, he says a typical potential candidate interviews then gets invited back for a half day if they like you. Interview was about an hour and 15 minutes and was behavioral in nature. It was a panel of 4 people who were all pretty nice.

There were 8 or 9 behavioral questions which were proceeded by generic resume questions. The behavioral questions consisted of things like, "How have you been improving yourself?" and "How have you taken criticism and improved upon it?"
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
