Interview with an associate. Talk a little about your previous work experience. Talk through some challenges you have had and how you overcame those challenges. Take an assessment test. This test would assess your technical knowledge of programming languages concepts and understanding of frameworks.

Asked some rough questions on knowledge work experience and schooling. Interview took about thirty mins and was very friendly. Ended up getting multiple offers for Aerotek affiliated companies but left seeking higher wage

Interview
The interview process started with meeting the recruiter for the position. From there we scheduled a meeting with the company they were hiring for. After the interview there was a bit of a waiting period but heard back and was hired.
