Interview
There was 4 interview phases. Phone interview, one-one interview with the DBO, panel interview and then a half day in the office shadowing and asking questions. If you get to the final phase it is partially for them to see if you would fit in and if it is something that you would like to do. Dressing very sharp for all in person interviews is very important.

Question 1
Give a situation where you were in a group and people didn't pull their weight? What did you do?
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
