I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Aerotek (Portland, OR) in Sept 2014
Interview
it was quick and easy. Some typing test and just more about what you are looking for along with getting to know who you are so that your personality will fit with the job. Things you like and don't like are also asked. But over all very easy to do. At that time they also will start presenting you with job opportunities that they have and what will be open in the near future also suggestions on how to improve or gain more skills to make you more marketable
