I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Aerotek (Reno, NV) in Dec 2015
Interview
Weird.
I applied online and was contacted 2 minutes later for an interview. Scheduled an over the phone for a few days later. When we finally spoke, I could barely understand the poor girl's accent, which was muffled by being sick, which she apologized for. Her tone sounded like she'd rather be in hell. After half an hour of "pardon me's" and "come again's", I thought I was done with stereotypical interview questions. And apparently I was.
She then proceeded to ask me how many interviews I had scheduled, for which companies they were for, and for which positions. I thought it was weird (and thought of asking her if she was allowed to ask that). I told her I had a few other interviews scheduled and was excited about my career search. She repeatedly and rudely demanded that I her what other companies I had interviews with, and when they were scheduled for. 5 times she asked me. I felt uncomfortable and was immediately turned off from the job.

Question 1
how many interviews I had scheduled, for which companies they were for, and for which positions.
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Question 1
What motivates you?
What’s your “why”?
Are you a go-getter?
Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
