The first was a group interview, which was conducted to assess general characteristics. If you got past that it was a one-on-one technical interview. The group interview had an emphasis on entrepreneurship, and we were tasked as a group to come up with a business concept given a problem.

Interview
two rounds. first round was a group interview, where you had to work together to solve an issue and pitch to the interviewer. The second round was an individual technical round with the software manager.
I received my offer in a nonstandard way. I was working with the company to construct and install the first prototype AerNode when I was offered the full-time position. The company focuses on your skills and knowledge more than your grades/GPA when assessing you for a position, which I value highly.
