The unique thing about this program is that the FLDP program members screen their own candidates. The conversation was organic, relaxed (we were only two years apart) and I imagine they know better than anyone what it takes to be successful in this program.

Set of three interviews - two with Financial Leadership Executive Development Program employees and one with the leader of both programs. The interview went over things in your resume, behavioral based questions and was all three were very personable. As the title of the program explains, they are looking for people that would be a good fit for the -Leadership- program. It seems to be a relative new program so there seems to be a lot of leeway on how the program could possibly develop.
