I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aetna (Phoenix, AZ) in Sept 2015
Interview
Applied on indeed, got a call from a recruiter in MA, got a call from the office for an in-person interview. My recruiter was excellent communicator and he made sure everything I shared with him was communicated to the management.
The interview process was quick But pretty basic. You will interview with a potential supervisor and they will ask about your experience with case loads and want to know how well you can work with people.

I applied online. I interviewed at Aetna in Mar 2017
Interview
This was a standard interview process. I met with two team members. I felt positive about it and was led to believe that I would hear back one way or another but got absolutely no feedback afterward. Not even a rejection letter or email. I feel that there should be standard letters or notifications sent out to candidates that are not selected as a professional and common courtesy.
