Pros:
The initial interaction with the recruiter and hiring manager was positive. They seemed genuinely passionate about their mission and the importance of compassionate hospice care. The conversations felt authentic, and I appreciated learning more about the company’s patient-first philosophy.
Cons:
Unfortunately, after completing the interview process, I did not receive any follow-up or response — even after reaching out for an update. While I understand decisions take time, completely ending communication after an interview can leave candidates feeling undervalued. It reflects poorly on what otherwise seemed like a caring organization.
Advice to Management:
Please ensure all candidates receive some form of closure after interviews. A simple “thank you for your time” email or update shows professionalism and keeps doors open for future opportunities.
