Appointment was for phone call that was given for a precise time. The call came 30 minutes late for a advised 30 minute conversation. The actual conversation lasted less than 20 minutes.

Question 1
Conversation went too fast. Was told would be asked 2 questions. The first I was able to distinguish and was something like "why do you want this job and what in your background can contribute to your success if selected for this position?" The second question I don't remember being able to distinguish from back and forth chatting.
