Phone call with recruiter, then a fairly easy technical screen, then a 4 hour virtual on-site (technical screen, systems design, chat with CTO).
The second technical screen was literally the exact same problem as the first, but with a different person. The discussions were easy as well, but felt a bit rushed, as if they already made a decision prior to the interview.
They did not send a rejection or give any feedback. They should be ashamed to act like this, with how they shill their "culture" in the interviews.
