Extensive but very efficient interview process. By the time I was done interviewing, I had meet ~8 people and the whole team. In some ways, that's a great thing. In the past, a prospective employer has excluded a team member from the interview panel and I saw why after I joined. Affirm is in a great space and thriving. They have a very strong executive team. I was also impressed with their commitment to their mission and improving the lives of their customers. Culture is important to the company as well (humble, passionate, kind, approachable, curious). The glassdoor reviews are true, a great company!

Easily one of the best candidates experiences I’ve gone through! I had a 30 min call with the Recruiter, who is professional, personable and knowledgeable. I proceeded to speak to the Hiring Manager for 30 minutes, followed by a virtual onsite interview, consisting of meeting with several team members of managers and cross functional partners. Everyone was respectful, professional and an ambassador of their brand and values. They move quickly and keep their word on timing. Disappointed I didn’t get the job, but grateful to have gone through a seamless process and to have met a high performing team!
