Interview
Quick phone screen by recruiter followed by a 30 min call with hiring manager. Call with hiring manager included direct questions about scenarios or approach to servicing their travel clients. Questions were very tactical and focused entirely on my approach and strategy in doing the job. I sent a thank you note but had a feeling I was not going to advance based on the tone of the hiring manager and how she left the call. I never received any follow-up after my last call - so I consider that poor talent management on the part of the Affirm recruiter.

1) What strategy would you take to help drive more sales/activation against the sub - $600 market (for travel purchasing with OTAs)?
2) Tell me how you would expand to other areas or find more revenue sources from an existing client?
3) Tell me how you've worked to provide a solution that didn't already exist with a client through the product offering?
