Each interviewer assessed your fit for the role independently and made a recommendation on whether to higher or not, which was all taken into consideration in the final decision.

I was interviewed by COO, then followed by The HR manager and then final interview was with the country manager which was my line manager. The process too over 1 week to complete. That is all there is too it. These other words are to make up for the 50 words your supposed to write up about.
