Interview
I submitted the application in late February and received a call from the Director of People for the interview within 1 week.
I had the interview with the CEO and Director of People and it was very nice that I can understand the company culture better and the ways how the CEO and the company treats its staff (e.g. offering work from home policy, meal allowance for co-workers networking, etc). From my perspective, understanding the needs of employees, answering the calls of them and enhancing their satisfaction level are the most critical factors for building up a solid foundation of a company and those working environment are exactly what I am looking for.

Question 1
I would say the interview is not very difficult. We had a relax and casual chat indeed. It was a 2-way communication that Aftership can know you better and you understand Aftership more. The questions include but not limited to self introduction, sharing of work experience.
