They have roles posted online for months and months and months. They'll keep you as a back-up candidate and you won't hear from then for a couple of weeks after the face-to-face interview then will make a offer to you when in desperation. They just string you along. Poor interviewing skills from hiring manager. Hiring manager had no clue how to interview and seemed disinterested in being there. Was only interviewing me because the recruiter invited me in. Not an exciting environment and bad management. Company has been around for 20+ and not one product. Wow!
