I interviewed for a leadership position and had to meet with the owners of the company and general manager at the time. I really enjoyed meeting with them and learning about their passion for the business.
Asked about my prior work experience and got to know how I was as a person, and what my aspersions were. The resume I brought made the greatest impact on my interview.
