There were three interviews, two being phone interviews, and one being a group interview, and following all of these, I received a call stating that they were interested in me for the position, and I accepted their offer.

In total 4 rounds of interviews. First with headhunting company over the phone and Skype and in later stages directly with the manager. First again over the phone and then face to face. The last interview had a role play part based on company website and product catalog.

Multiple phone interviews prior to on site interview. Standard procedures and friendly. Plan to have multiple questions to ask at the end. Went around asking questions, so be prepared for man situational based ones.
