I was extremely impressed by Agora's interview process. As any good interview was, it was a challenge it was very clear the team was all very passionate about Agora. The process as a whole sold me, and I'm excited to join!

Short recruiter screen, followed by a hiring manager interview and a peer interview, then a live product demo using a sandbox environment and a presentation on role approach and expansion strategy. The advertised OTE did not appear aligned with the current size or maturity of the expansion pipeline discussed during interviews.
