Interview
The interview process is very smooth and straight forward.
1. The process started with Agorize Head Of HR, Asia reaching out to me in LinkedIn.
2. Phone Screening to better understand me and also to explain the role, company culture and the ambitions.
2. Setup Face to Face Interview with Hiring Manager on-site giving me a look of the office and also a case study presentation . CEO also joined the interview through Skype.
4. Offer stage and negotiations. (got my offer within a week)
