I applied through LinkedIn with a tailored CV and cover letter. Within a week, I was contacted by HR for a first-round video interview. After that, I had a second-round interview with the team, which focused more on motivation and relevant experience.

The most important question I was asked was: “What would you do if there was a disagreement within the team?” I explained how I would listen to all perspectives, mediate calmly, and focus on shared goals to find a compromise.
