For the first round (online) they provided some data sets they asked me to go through and explore some QGIS software. I was well prepared but they rescheduled the interview almost 3 times and it took almost 3 weeks till my round 1 was actually taken. Often, they didn't even communicate the rescheduling and I was just waiting in the meeting room for 30-45 minutes. After my round 1 went well they quickly scheduled further rounds. I had one more online round (work experience, motivation, guesstimate). Then I was called into the office and they said it would be more of a discussion/chat than a formal interview. I met with few people from the team and discussed my work ex and learnt more about this role. Lastly I had an HR round - online (motivation, personality etc.) After all these rounds being successfully completed, I was hoping for the offer call but the HR was kind of avoiding my calls or delaying the discussion. Ultimately they did not match my expectation, but would have been better if they hadn't dragged it out and been honest.

4 step interview round and easy to crack . Interview panel is friendly and supportive. Good facilities and great place to work. Flexible working time. Well connected with public transport
