Interview
The process had an initial coding challenge. It was followed by another mini-project where I was given 3 days to work on it. The overall experience was fun and informative.

The coding challenge was a simple algorithm/data structure based question.
Two initial interviews, task to implement then 3h interview, weak communication, zero feedback or discussion, I'm disappointed. It was more negative comments here but someone has deleted those for some reason. However, overall startup looks promising.
