Phone screening by recruiter - was ok. Interviewer did a good job but was not very nice. Low energy. Interview with executive - Zoom interview. Was horrible. Didn't take the time to interview me properly! I could see her get a text message on her phone, and then she'd ask me a question and while I was answering she switched to her laptop to reply (Slack/WhatsApp). Later she obviously repeat the question or clearly didn't remember my reply.
