I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aigent in Apr 2022
Interview
It was fairly straightforward. The HR person listed out everything about the company and had an introduction call followed by a personal assesment and tech exam. Then there was meeting with a tech manager. Lot of tech questions were asked. Followed by a tech assignment. Once you clear it, a meeting with CEO.
This was a very weird interview and I am not telling this because I didn't get an offer. Let me tell you the whole story:
When I got the interview invitation, I was asked to pick a date and time for the interview. which I did but didn't realise that the interviewer was in Philippines. 100% my mistake, so I missed the interview. As soon as I realised my mistake, I sent them an email and they were very kind and understanding. They told me to pick another date and time. Thus far everything was nice. Then came the time for the rescheduled interview, nobody showed up. After waiting for 20 mins, I got an email stating that the interview is rescheduled (not by the interviewer, but the scheduling system automated email). There was no explanation, nor were they asking if the new time was good for me. I was baffled, hoping that this wasn't a payback for me missing the first interview. I rearranged my own schedule to attend the new time they gave me and finally after waiting 10 mins (for a 30 min interview waiting for 10 mins is very significant let alone rude), interviewer came to the online meeting.
First she gave a brief information about the company (it felt like she was reading it or had memorised a text). This created such a cold atmosphere that I was thinking about ending the interview at this point. Then she asked me to talk about myself but tell stuff that wasn't on my CV. This is straight up weird, anything that is not on my CV is basically my personal life, so I was confused what to tell. Then she asked me to talk about agile and scrum. Anyone who is involved in this knows that this question is too complicated to answer shortly, so I got confused once again. I asked if she wants to know the descriptions or implications. She said no no, just tell me about them. I explained main points and we moved on. The rest of the interview had nothing to do with the position. Everything took 15 mins. Quite an unprofessional experience for me, and a waste of my time.

Interview
If Aigent contacts you at the first place, asking you to apply for a role in their company, then you should read this review before you apply.
They will give you a time slot for the interview. However, BE PREPARE that they will reschedule your time slot to some day else during the last 30 minute right before the interview start (poor management).
This is what happened during the interview:
1. They introduce you about their company, which they read directly from the webpage with thier dead tone from their webpage (I am not sure if it is their robotic AI or they hired someone with bad working attitude)
2. They start asking you to introduce yourself in term of job experience and education background, which they can't even read from your resume or cover letter. (Yes, they can't read, even if you told them its already in your resume. That is very disrespectful to your candidate when you join an interview without preparing anything.)
3. They start with YES/NO questions that I exactly from the job requirement: For example, if in the job requirement it says you have to know Python, Javascript and Bash. They will ask exactly "Can you code in Python?", "Can you code in Javascript?", "Can you code in Bash?". One by one, exactly from the job requirements.
4. They will ask some very low par questions (I will bring this to the next section)
5. If you tried to answer something out of the box, they will then GIVE YOU THE PROVIDED ANSWER ONLY. The provided answer, in any way, will lower the candidate's status. They only want the answers they wanted to hear and NOT SOMETHING OUT OF THE BOX.
6. The interview questions have no way to evaluate the candidates.
7. One day after, they will send you that the position had been filled by other candidates.
TLDR: Completely waste of time. Non professional attitude. Robotic Attitude. Very bad experience. Do not bother when Aigent hits you in the DM.
