Aiico Insurannce interview questions

Be cautious when applying for roles at AIICO Insurance. I recently attended an interview for a Finance Manager position at the Isolo branch, only to discover it was a sales/marketing role. The lack of transparency and honesty in the job description was disappointing. A finance manager position was advertised on Linkedin, which specific qualification requirements and job description, only to find out the role did not exist. The available opening was for a Sales Executive/Marketers. The interview started with a written 7 questions exercise regarding sales and ended with listing 10 phone numbers that you can sell insurance to immediately. After the written interview, there is an oral interview that further explains the job requirement. It is also a commission based role. If you're looking for a genuine opportunity in finance, you may want to explore other options.

It was a two stage interview, first was a group interview and the second one was a one on one with the head of the team. The interview lasted about 20 - 30 minutes
