I was contacted by a recruiter who was supposed to call me upon agreeing to a time by email. 1st phone screening, asks questions that were already filled out on the application form. Scheduled an interview with the hiring manager after their vacation. The interview was odd. Asked behavioural questions and asked me to described the position and what I think the job is all about. The finally asked me to tell her a joke to evaluate my fit to the team.

Unnecessarily prolonged and time consuming with multiple video interview stages without a direct reference on what the interview process is or regard for the interviewers time. They also won’t get back to you with update.
