Interview
The interview process was on two levels. The first level was the normal interview. The second stage is a language test to check your proficiency with the English and French languages.

Question 1
They asked me to describe myself in relation to the job and to describe how I would manage difficult customers.
The progress was lengthy. I had 2 interviews excluding the phone one. It took a while before I got a call back to get a response. The benefits seem nice though.
I passed 5 interviews (4 for each language}
The general one was long and they asked me some treaky questions.
At the end, they explained to me all about the position and they gave me the opportunity to asked them questions.

One on one sit down interview with an interviewer. The person asking different questions. It does include role play, explaining what is expected and the schedule is base on 24/7 industry
