      Interview

It was a nice interview over an hour and they said I was overqualified for the position and would look for another open position for me. Looking forward to hopefully hearing back from the company.

      Interview

Traditional interview process - phone screening, panel interview (mine was virtual), site visit with tour. Phone screening is with a talent acquisition specialist and covers general information about the role and information about yourself. Panel interview consists of site and region management. Site interview is entirely driven by the Site Manager that you will report to.

I applied online. I interviewed at Air Products in Jul 2020

      Interview

Thorough but still personable. I went through three rounds of interviews for the position, and each round was professional but still comfortable. The engineers and HR personnel all asked thought provoking questions and kept a very conversational tone. Unfortunately, my start date was too far out from the date they needed a candidate to begin.
