Question 1
Was your past supervisor hands-on or hands-off person?
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Air Products (Allentown, PA) in Nov 2012
Interview
Air Products mostly hires recent graduates into one of its Career Development Programs (CDP) based on the degree level, e.g. B.S. CDP, Ph.D. CDP, etc. Ph.D. CDP candidates give a presentation, usually about their graduate work, to a room filled with interviewers, group members, and other CDPs. The questions after the presentation are discerning, though cordial. Throughout the day, candidates interview with members and managers from at least three different groups within the company with whom they may potentially spend a 1-year rotation.

Mostly behavioral questions were asked during the interviews. For example, the question was asked how would handle a disagreement with your boss.
