They asked personal questions not related to the position and felt like a personality assessment. 4 rounds and 5 weeks only to get rejected ... young inexperienced leadership that seems to micromanage hiring. Most startups don't take 5 weeks to hire. Seems like they prioritize personality/culture fit over actual qualifications. CEO did not ask any questions related to actual professional qualifications.
