Third party very odd, they text you. Off the bat you get an uneasy feeling, and question there professionalism. They need to do a better job in vetting people out.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Airbiquity (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Interview process was very slow and responses often took a day or sometimes longer before I would hear anything back. There was an initial phone call and in person interview. In my initial phone call I set my salary and requirements. I went through the whole process and they ended up offering me a different position to which I applied and it was below my range. I attempted to negotiate to get the position to which I applied and the salary to which I had originally stated and they took away their offer. If you want to work here do not negotiate with them! Overall the people there were fairly nice though, and the manager seemed like an easy going individual
