      One of the worst interview processes I've experienced. No follow up/feed back after the interview for a month despite chasing mulitple times. Job description copied and pasted from another simliar job, which made the details change in the interview as I questioned JD and further career prospectives. So basically I applied for a job which was completely different to what they stated. Then got a generic declined message a month later on there careers site with no feedback or communications, Extremely poor for such a large company. Expected better.

      Question 1

      The main thing they focused on was troubleshooting. They asked me to explain how I would diagnose and resolve common IT support issues. They also asked about IT terms and to "show off" some IT knowledge such as DNS, DHCP etc. There wasn't one standout question the interview felt unstructured and the overall process was disappointing.
