Interview
After multiple technical and managerial assessments, it is unclear why the HR round repeats managerial-style or 'fitment' questions. The managerial panel had already given very positive feedback on the candidate’s performance across four rounds, so the HR round often feels unnecessary and redundant. The technical interviews were very well done. The first involved pairing on a coding exercise that felt mostly practical which I appreciated. The second involved pairing on an actual code change that represented the kind of work you would actually do in the role.
