Overly complicated, long gaps between responses, disorganized, like they didn't know what or who they wanted to hire. Discussions were pleasant enough with the promise of follow ups. Ultimately it wasn't worth bothering oddly enough despite the prominence of the firm.
Very simple everything was through their career website and workday, had different interview rounds: one with the direct (recruiting - N+1) manager, one with the N+ 2 and a relaxed introductory call with the N+3. Then proceeded with conversations with HR.
