Several interviews followed by site visit and meeting with the founder. They don't have expertise in the microwave domain. Despite the approval from the electrical engineer, they decided to send the rejection.

They signed NDA firs then try evaluate the waveguide expertise.
The overall process was very organized. The first round is an HR screen, and you will proceed to meeting with the hiring team. The team was very friendly and all seem pretty nice to work with.

Interview
Easy interview process - one with the recruiter, one with the hiring manager, and a short project to submit. Both were 30 minute video interviews and the project took less than one hour.
