Long..very long process. 5 rounds and no offer....and didnt even inform about accentance or rejection ...ghosting candidates. NOTE :There is 'DEMO' round on video call and you need to explain the airmeet software.. 2) There is will 5 people who will ask back to back questions about airmeet software and the buttons of which you may not be aware of without taking premium option but still they would ask it. 5 people in demo round is actually unneccessary ...I think even IAS interview panel will be below 5 members. One of the member from panel also did ask about my last drawn salary and expected salary ...and he was not from HR team...which is ideally wrong ...only HR People and manager have rights to know ur pay ...and not asking infront of 5 people. These guys want you to be on video call while on Demo with candidate camera ON while all 5 interview panel will not show thier face on VC.... Ome round usually take one week and then again after that whple thing they womt even informif u have been rejected or selected...just ghosting candidates. They are also sarcastic tone while asking questions...
