The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Airwallex
Interview
First interview with recruiter for screening, second interview with hiring manager for background and achievements, third interview with a VP to run through an assignment. The assignment took around 6-8 hours . The hiring manager was really polite and sharp. The VP was a bit clueless from payments and was asking some generic questions having a specific answer on his mind expecting to listen that one. The recruiter contacted me with a very poor and vague rejection reason. I responded asked for feedback but never got a response back. At least you should give some valid feedback to someone wasted 10 hours at this process. Recruiters are very bad at this company. The irony: after the process ended, they sent me a questionnaire to complete a survey and give them feedback. I did it.

Question 1
Previous experience, how do you handle tough work situations, normal questions etc.
initial recruiter talked with me, then was passed to hiring manager for discussion. there is a framework but it deviates quite a lot from the original question so you need to be flexible with how the conversation is going

Interview
One of those where you get encouraged to apply by their recruiter and then you get rejected after stage 1 for "being overqualified". The worst part? Lack of feedback, even when requested.
