I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aitchison Raffety (Saint Albans, England) in Jul 2022
Interview
My interview process was really positive, I had applied for the role and was going on holiday the following day - the HR team contacted me promptly and thankfully was very accommodating by letting me do a initial phone interview whilst abroad and then a 2nd in person interview once I returned. Communication was efficient and positive.

Question 1
They asked about benefits that I had at my current role to see if there was anything that they might be missing,
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aitchison Raffety (London, England) in Oct 2024
Interview
After a couple telephone interviews with HR I was put forward to be interviewed with the two associate directors of the business rates division where I was tasked with presenting a case study on highlighting potential implications that could affect the subject sites rates as well as calculating the NIA of my house and present this via excel with written plans. I was familiar with the RICS guidelines through university therefore found the task relatively straightforward. We then had a final stage Interview to which we discussed my answers and reasoning. The process was smooth and efficient in comparison to previous experiences.
