Interview
- The first interview was with CTO & VP, and it went well both of them are interested in Java & Go language as I can do both. But they always mention that their culture maybe not fit you because the engineers typically love to jump to code instead of designing and having a discussion about trade-offs. - The second interview was with the engineers (5 engineers concurrently, LoL). it went into chaos because the engineers asked a random question without an objective.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ajaib Group in May 2023
Interview
HR contacted me first via Linkedin. The process interview took me 2 weeks with 3 rounds. The 1st round was discussed with HR with 1 technical question for a background check. The 2nd round was a coding test online and the 3rd round was an interview with 2 technical guys. However, I did not receive any feedback or results about the interview after that. So unprofessional and wasted time for the candidates
