I received a call from a recruiter on Wednesday. We went over my resume and experience. He asked me to come in for an interview on Friday. He said I would receive a confirmation email with his contact info and interview details. I never received anything. I called a few times and left him voicemails and never heard back.

Question 1
We went over my experience, position I'm looking for and salary.
Applied for a job through Ajilon on Indeed. Got a call back. Went in for an interview and they revealed that the job I applied for was not one they had the contract for. So why did they have a job posting for it?? They then proceeded to take my information in case they found another opportunity for me. They also tried to convince me to apply for administrative positions. Shady bait and switch tactics. Seemed like they were just trying to fill their Rolodex. I will never apply for a job through them again

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ajilon (San Diego, CA) in Sept 2017
Interview
It was very easy phone interview. They just wanted to get a feel on how my personality would fit in this role. They asked basic questions of my work history.
