Very exhaustive process for at least 5 levels in which includes 3 levels of Technical rounds and 2 levels of executive level interviews, spanned for about 3-4 weeks and there is a recruitment SPOC who has scheduled all the inerviwes and also profiles the interviewer's details to prepare well upfront

It was a very long interview process that started with a recommendation in September. They took 4 weeks between first approach to first interview with the hiring manager, the interview was long and successful.Then 3 weeks for an interview with a “peer” after that silence which was Ok.My last interaction was on dec 5 when I asked the recruiter for an update via text message…and nothing! Finally on Dec 25 I received a generic rejection email.

The whole recruitment process was amazing and different from other companies.
The attention to details from the HR was great.
A lot of discussions and interview and at the end a marathon panel :)
