3 rounds of interviews. It was good with great people. The interview process is a multi-stage process for hiring new employees. The interview process typically includes the following steps: writing a job description, posting a job, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews, conducting in-person interviews, following up with candidates and making a hire.

There were 4 total interview rounds (1- recruiter, 2- hiring manager, 3- cross-functional and product team interviews, and 4- senior leadership). The interviews were super helpful in better understanding the role and how I'd interact across teams as well as assessing my fit for it. The interviews themselves were more behavioral, understanding working style, product thinking, experience, etc. but it ended up being ~10 hours of interviewing in total which was tough,
