Thanks for writing this feedback so that it comes into our notice. We are really sorry that you had such a bad experience with Akosha. We take our entire hiring process very seriously and hearing about this was quite shocking, especially when we usually get great reviews about our HR team. In fact, we always send proactive mails to candidates who have not been selected so that we don't leave them hanging.
But, yes, this particular case was unfair. We totally agree with you. As such, we have talked to our entire team about this and have put clear guidelines in place to ensure that such a thing does not happen again.
