I've had three interviews with Akraya staff before having anything scheduled with their client that they are trying to find candidates for. The first was 30 minutes with a recruiter, then an hour with an AI chat bot, then another interview with the recruiter's manager that I cut short because she was asking all the same questions that I had just spent an hour the day before answering. She clearly didn't review any of the prior interviews and everything she was asking me could be answered by reading my resume. I didn't feel like she was listening to my answers to the questions anyway, which is fair because they are all technical in nature and handed down by the client who is hiring for the position, but at least feign some interest in a person you bothered to schedule a meeting with, please.
