Aktana interview questions

The actual job title was "Customer Relationship Leader". Initial 30-minute HR screening with two HR reps (I think one was in training). Fairly standard HR questions, nothing out of the ordinary. IIRC they did ask CSM-specific questions. Offered $150k base salary plus 50% bonus. (I asked them to repeat this in case I misheard, which I didn't). Received a rejection within 1-2 weeks after the HR screening.

Interview process is very funny.They gave an assignment to complete either in Java or python language.Technical round was taken by a developer and a QA .Sarcasm is developer is asking programs and QA is silent .
