Oral boards at ACSO consist of you walking into a room with around 8 - 12 interviewers that usually rank from sergeant to captain. They asked a range of questions that tested your ability to problem solve, your personality as well as direct questions about particular Florida statutes.

Question 1
What degree of a crime is Arson? Is it a misdemeanor or a felony?
I applied online. I interviewed at Alachua County Sheriff
Interview
Very formal and dry process. Not very friendly or professional. The panel interviewers did not seem very involved or interested in talking to me (at all). People were on cell phones during interview and there was no follow up. I heard more about how I would not fit in, compared to how I would fit in. Made me think I was only interviewed because of my gender (to meet regulations/EEO guildlines). Was not a positive experience for everything they say they are. Disappointing - BIG TIME!
